Charles Goady, Founder & CEO
Charles founded tSelach Tech Services to bring the same practical, right-sized IT approach he has spent over a decade refining to small businesses everywhere. He also founded and continues to lead Healthcare Tech Services, delivering managed IT, cybersecurity, and compliance-ready technology to Texas-based healthcare providers since 2014.
Before starting his own firm, Charles served as IT Director at Senior Care Centers, giving him first-hand experience with the technology and compliance pressures small organizations face every day. He holds an MBA and is a vocal advocate for practical, no-hype AI adoption, the same philosophy behind tSelach.
